How to use (3–5 minutes)

• Open pouch and label donor info.
• Collect urine directly into the cup to the fill line.
• Secure the twist lid and start the timer.
• Check the temperature strip within 4–5 minutes.
• Peel the label and read results within the recommended window.

Step 1: Remove the Drug Test Cup from Its Pouch

Carefully open the sealed foil pouch and take out the drug test cup. Make sure the cup is at room temperature before use for accurate results.

Step 2: Label the Cup with Donor Information

Write the donor’s name, ID, or any required information on the cup label to properly identify the sample and avoid mix-ups.

Step 3: Collect the Urine Sample

Have the donor urinate directly into the cup up to the marked line. Avoid overfilling or underfilling the cup to ensure proper testing.

Step 4: Close the Lid Securely

Immediately seal the cup with the lid to prevent leakage or contamination of the urine sample.

Step 5: Remove the Label to Reveal the Test Window

Peel off the sticker/label covering the results window so that the test strips are visible for reading.

Step 6: Wait 5 Minutes for the Results to Develop

Place the cup on a flat surface and allow the test to process. Do not shake or tilt the cup. Results are typically ready in 5 minutes, but do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

Step 7: Read the Results

Look at the test and control lines in the results window. Make sure the control line (C) appears to confirm the test is valid.

Step 8: Interpret the Results

• Negative Result: Two lines appear – one in the control (C) area and one in the test (T) area.
• Positive Result: Only one line appears in the control (C) area; no line in the test (T) area.
• Invalid Result: No line appears in the control (C) area. The test must be repeated with a new cup.

How to Read a Urine Drug Test Results?

Positive

Only one colored band appears in the control region ©. Similarly no apparent colored band appears in the test region (T)

Negative

Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One brand appears in the control regions © and another band appears in the test region (T).

Invalid

The control band fails to appear. As a result from any test which has not produced a control band at the specified read time must be discarded. Please review the procedure and repeat it with a new test. However, if the problems persist, discontinue using the kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
