How to use 12 panel urine drug test cup

• Open pouch and label donor info.
• Collect urine directly into the cup to the fill line.
• Secure the twist lid and start the timer.
• Check the temperature strip within 4–5 minutes.
• Peel the label and read results within the recommended window.

Step 1: Remove the Drug Test Cup from Its Pouch

• Carefully open the sealed foil pouch and take out the drug test cup. Make sure the cup is at room temperature before use for accurate results.

Step 2: Label the Cup with Donor Information

• Write the donor’s name, ID, or any required information on the cup label to properly identify the sample and avoid mix-ups.

Step 3: Collect the Urine Sample

• Have the donor urinate directly into the cup up to the marked line. Avoid overfilling or underfilling the cup to ensure proper testing.

Step 4: Close the Lid Securely

• Immediately seal the cup with the lid to prevent leakage or contamination of the urine sample.

Step 5: Remove the Label to Reveal the Test Window
