How to Use Test Strips

1. Prepare the Sample: Collect a urine specimen in a clean container.
2. Dip the Strip: Remove the test strip from its pouch, hold it vertically, and dip it in the sample for 10–15 seconds. Ensure the strip is not submerged past the maximum line (MAX).
3. Wait and Read: Place the strip on a flat, non-absorbent surface and wait for 5 minutes. Avoid interpreting results after 10 minutes.

How to Read the Results

• Positive: One colored line in the control region (C) and no line in the test region (T).
• Negative: Two colored lines—one in the control region (C) and one in the test region (T).
• Invalid: If no line appears in the control region (C), the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new strip.
